众所周知,当前全国最好的体育院校为北京体育大学,虽然上海体育学院经过上海市政府的大力投入,各个方面基本快与北体持平,但唯一缺陷的是,北体挂靠国家体育总局,具有绝对的行政优势。其次是武汉体育学院,谣传好像弯弯绕绕比较多。除了专业体院之外,各类综合性大学也有开设体育学院,以985来说 清华、人大、浙大、南大、上交大、同济、东南大学、吉林大学、山东大学、四川大学、华东师范大学、北京师范大学等等,这些是985招生院校,还有很多211院校,总的来说,这些学校有些竞争不是很激烈。但有些则不一样,像清华、浙大这些学校难度肯定是比较大的,北京大学2020也开始招收体育生了。像华中师范、华南师范、南京师大、西南大学、东北师范等这些师范类高校体育专业也是非常强大的,这里不得不说一下福建师范大学,其体育学院的科研能力和师资水平,并不亚于其他985、211和专业的体育院校。还有一些双一流性质的地方老牌院校,浙江的宁波大学,河南的河南大学,河北的河北师范大学,山西的山西大学,等这些院校在当地省内知名度也是较高,就业相对有优势。关于考研的难度和性价比,主要看专业和地区还有当年的报名人数。学硕:体育教育训练学,是传统体育生选择的大户,其中不乏有一些有运动特长的学生跨专业考试,跨考的重灾区在体育类的是体育人文社会学和运动人体科学,民族传统体育学算是比较小众,个人感觉尽管国家大力推动武术的发展,但武术的影响力还是稍微小一点,需要通过进入奥运会来扩大吧。专硕主要是体育教学和运动训练以及社会体育指导与管理,还有零零星星的运动康复等等。对于正儿八经的体育生来说,学硕考体育教育训练学,专硕考体育教学。大部分学校学硕和专硕的培养方式有些少小区别,学校都是三年制,但学硕的难度比专硕大,学硕主要是英语比较难,分数线比较高,因为招生人数比较少。专硕的招生比例逐步扩大,势必会导致竞争力的下降,因为每个学校都百八十号的人招的话,除了顶级学校(参考上面说的一些学校)的专硕具备竞争力以外,其他一般学校的专硕毕业很难找到工作,但是考研难度小,是很好的选择。如何选择考研报考学校关于择校,从我自己的想法来说 ,我认为考研一年的时间,既然决定要做这件事了,就尽量去做到最好。小编有一个同学,择校的时候在武体和北体之间纠结了很久,甚至一个整月没有去看书,因为没有决定好目标,没有方向,也就没有学习的动力。当时觉得武体离家近,难度上没有北体那么高,怕报考北体的话,自己一年的时间会被浪费,五月份的时候突然就想通了,大不了拼一把,考不上算了,至少不后悔没去尝试。从结果来看自己没有选错,相信只要抱着破釜沉舟和势必实现的决心干任何事情都会有个好结果。小编的同学本科专项是篮球,而且大学本科的时候花费了很多时间在篮球上面,刚开始想的是报考篮球专硕,但是感觉篮球项目学的人太多了,于是想学一些冷门而且朝阳的项目,并且他自己对健身挺有兴趣的,本着剑走偏锋的道理最后选择了运动康复,至于未来会发展成什么样,现在还不确定,但是他本身对这个专项还是有一定兴趣的。考研备考这里重点说一下专业课的备考。对于专业课,我想说的是在理解的基础上背、背、背……专业课没有什么捷径,如果你说我不想背书能不能考过呀,那只能是痴人说梦,你必须有输入,才能有输出。专业课是考研重中之重,相比政治、英语3个小时100分,专业课可是3个小时300分,重要性不言而喻,因此考研备考的大半时间都用该花在专业课上,它能直接决定你的分数高低,一道论述题40分,如果你没有背,无从下笔,想从公共课上补回来是不可能的,那你就和别人拉开不可弥补的分数差距。我对体育专业课的复习建议是:决定考研开始-7月,找到参考书籍和报考院校历年真题,第一遍大概看一下书上的主要内容并把历年真题和不懂的地方在参考书籍上标注出来,北体的346有三本书,运动生理学、运动训练学、学校体育学,这几本书都要好好看。7月-8月,建议总结自己的笔记,因为这样你能对整本书有个系统性的梳理,能知道考试的侧重点和增加对书本的理解。总结笔记其实很简单,你只需找到书上总结性的句子,一般出现在一段话的开头和结束部分,把他们攒到一块,这就是所对应题目的答案,无论出题怎么变,万变不离其宗,都离不开书本上的东西,所以只要你把书本上总结性的句子对应写上去就可以了。总结笔记的话,我建议使用电脑WORD文档进行总结,会比拿手写总结快很多,而且容易排版,打印出来很是方便,主要是能提高自己的学习效率。8月-9月,笔记总结完了,就要开始第一遍背书了,这是最痛苦的一遍,也是最重要的一遍,我必须要强调一下,背书不是嘴上的大声重复,而是在理解的基础上反复过脑子,最后能够以自己的语言描述出来。背书需要安静的地方,应届生需要在开学之前完成第一遍的背诵,不然开学之后再去背诵第一遍,各种事情会让你很难安静下来去背最痛苦的第一遍。背完这一遍,你可能记住的也就一半不到,但不要灰心,后面会越背越顺畅的。10月-11月,这时候就需要反复背诵了,可以把各个科目可能考的题目直接抄到一个本子上,只抄题目,然后看着题目去复述你所背的内容,要求做到尽可能地接近原文或者意思接近,不需要大声地背出来,完全可以坐着只看着题目,默背出来。背诵的目的就是让脑子牢牢记住,而很多同学在楼道里背书只是在机械性重复,过脑子却很少,所以背书的效率很低,最后不是脑子记住了,而是嘴巴记住了。小编就是用的这种方法背书,到了快考试的时候,可以两个小时过完一本书,不过这也只是适合小编的方法,每个同学可以找适合自己的方法。这时候也要进行一些题目的练习,可以在网上买对应书籍的习题册(运动生理、运动训练),只用做选择判断就行,把错题标记出来,大题看看题目,脑子里过一遍,看看如何答题即可。12月-考试,这时候也不要停止背书,要回归参考书,复习之前做过的错题,保证一直背书到考试,要总结自己的答题模板,进行模拟考试两到三回,放松心态,可以胸有成竹地走上考场。心态最后,讲一下心态,考研是一场持久战,没有强大的信念很难支撑你走到最后。你需要克服种种诱惑,付出很多努力,安下心来去学习、去背枯燥的文字,主要说三个细节:1、劳逸结合每天除了学习,还要保证有半个小时运动的时间,到室外呼吸新鲜空气,可以保持头脑还有身体的活力。往往战线拉得越长,考研er的孤独感就越强,脆弱和敏感都是可以理解的。不要给自己太大的压力,想着“我今天一定要消灭掉这本书!”“我不把这套题做完我就不睡了!”其实没必要啦,适度的放松,规律的作息才能保障学习更加高效。小编建议大家,越是到了备考后期,越是不要再加班加点的学习了,啥都没有一个健康的身体和心态来的重要,大家可以做一个简易的每日复习时间规划表出来,按部就班执行就好,该学习学习,该休息休息。2、寻找合理的情绪排解方式以前班上有几个考上研的同学都说过这样的话,在他们觉得很崩溃,即将放弃的时候,感谢有亲爱的室友陪在身边,给了他们鼓励和温暖。很多时候我们都有这种感受,如果受了委屈,跟别人倾诉一下,烦恼就会少很多了。学习当中遇到瓶颈或者是感到苦闷的时候,不妨先自己把问题一条一条梳理出来,如果是感觉自己每天花的时间多但是收益小,那么先反思一下自己每天的学习效率,找出症结;如果是感觉到压力很大,担心自己的前途可能比较渺茫,可以自己记录下一路走来的心境,崩溃的时候翻一翻,拾回当初的自信和努力。你还有永远支持你的家人和朋友,一个人绷不住的时候,给他们打一通电话吧,或者找学长学姐们倾诉一下自己的烦恼和困惑,毕竟他们是过来人,你当下经历的也许他们都能感同身受,告诉你那段黑暗岁月他们是如何撑过来的。当然,如果大家愿意的话,也可以随时找小编聊聊。3、勿忘初心每当你想放弃的时候,就想想为了找到一份好的工作,为了改变平庸的自己,在别人都有可能即将放弃的时候,你就是要坚强地挺过来。没有什么成功是一蹴而就的,既然选择了远方,便只顾风雨兼程!当然了,还可以多想想你的目标,它是你最大的动力!

成都体育学院体育教学346体育综合我为什么要读研在这个光怪陆离的社会中,如果想在寻找到一份自己喜欢的职业,那么考研就是不二选择;如果想在某一条道路上走的更远,那么考研就是不二选择。就我自身而言,我一直是一名体育生,从初中开始到研究生一直是。但是在目前状况来看,人们对体育生一直存在着一些误解。不学无术,学无所用,而我则一直想改变周围人对我也有这个标签的看法,所以我选择了考研。一个高学历知识分子,不管你是什么专业,学历永远是对流言蜚语的最好回击。更重要的一点是,体育研究生就目前所有专业来说,每年毕业人数最少,这也会在就业是能够获得更多的优势、所以,我才在本科时期选择了考研这条路,并最终获得了成功。选择合适的专业和院校专业的选择,启示更多的是尊重自己的内心,不能随波逐流的去选择。只有选择自己喜欢或者擅长的学科作为自己的专业,才能在研究生期间学到更多的知识。专业方向或者不等于就业方向,但它一定是你就业方向的指南针。哪怕以后在就业时不会是自己的本专业,但是一定与其相关。因此选择喜欢的专业在以后工作时也更能够充满干劲。初试复习时间安排对于体育生来说,专业课的占比分值很大,这就导致每一道题的分数都会设置的非常高。而这就要我们准确的掌握专业课程的知识,以使得我们在初始过程中能够取得更高的专业课成绩。俗话说的好,得专业课得天下,这就要求我们要花更多的时间在复习与巩固当中,专业课的复习不是说即便就能结束,而是要十几遍的进行复习,只有不断的复习巩固,才能牢记所需要的知识点。冲刺阶段我认为放在9-10月来进行,在这段时间我们主要是从真题入手,通过真题寻找自己知识的薄弱点。10-11月则是在进行整体巩固时通过做模拟题来进行。作息方面,我建议将做题时间放在上午进行,尽量与正式考试时间相吻合。专业课公共课备考建议专业课个人复习经验就一个字,背,多背多理解,体育346中很多东西都是互通的,一定要多背。复习建议 一定要回归课本,不管有什么资料,知识辅助手段。最主要的就是回归课本。题目可能不会出到资料上的,但是一定会出书里的。所以,回归课本。参考书单《运动训练学》《运动生理学》《学校体育学》公共课政治个人复习经验政治我认为对体育生最好的方法就是不断的刷题,不断的刷题。包括肖秀荣的1000题以及肖四肖八和近10年的真题。并且将错题单独整理下来。成研学长就在考试时遇到了3道整理到的错题。复习建议跟着徐涛的视频将强化班走完,然后就是刷题时间。参考书单 徐涛政治书,肖秀荣1000题,肖四肖八英语个人复习经验对于体育生来说,英语最重要的就是单词,说句实话,我们没必要考到80分,所以我们在英语最大的精力就应当放到单词上,阅读上以及作文上,对于语法我认为当你英语水平并不高时没有必要考虑。 复习建议 单词要一直背到考试结束,复习顺序建议为阅读——完型——写作——翻译。参考书单唐迟阅读,考虫英语考研。
