很多人可能都被苏州大学招聘博士后，最高薪酬超百万的消息震惊了，博士后能拿这么多？3月27日，苏州大学发布2020年统招博士后招收公告，博士后招收学科为数学、统计学、基础医学、畜牧学、公共卫生与预防医学、药学等，绩效评估优秀者总薪酬将超过100万元。此次苏州大学招收博士后，招收条件要求在国（境）内外取得博士学位不超过3年；年龄一般不超过35周岁，人文社会科学领域、人才紧缺领域具备突出科研能力者年龄可适当放宽；有较强的科研能力和学术研究潜力。博士后在站时间三年。苏州大学对于招聘的博士后待遇如下：统招博士后人员聘期内的总薪酬由基本年薪和奖补金两部分构成。基本年薪20万元（去除学校承担的社会保险和公积金之后的税前收入），按月发放。奖补金则根据绩效评估结果按年度发放。绩效评估优秀者的总薪酬为100万元，绩效评估良好者的总薪酬为80万元，绩效评估合格者的总薪酬为60万元。另外，学校提供0.1万元/月的租房补贴（不计入总薪酬）。首先要知道什么是博士后，博士是最高学位，博士后一般是指获得博士学位的人员在拥有博士后流动站的科研院所工作，博士后是一种工作，是科研经历，不是一种学历。博士为什么要愿意进行博士后训练？首先为了提升研究能力的需要，一些博士在读博期间没有资格单独进行课题、基金的申请，基本都是在大小老板手下干活，虽然取得了一些研究成果，但是对于个人来说，还缺乏一定的独立申请课题、从事独立研究的能力。通过博士后训练，能够在这方面得到有效的加强。博士后制度在培养青年研究人员方面起着重要的作用。其次，是为了获得教职的需要。对于一些高校或者科研院所来说，目前一般不直接招收博士学位获得者直接担任教师，而是招聘博士学位获得者从事博士后研究工作，考核合格的留下来转正，最大限度地挑选优秀的研究人才来充实教师队伍。博士学位获得者为了应聘一些教职，从事博士后研究工作成为了一种有效的过渡。再者，为了获得足够的薪酬和研究经费。博士后的薪酬水平基本上要高于学校的普通教师才能够吸引人才前来，当然，这里指的博士后研究人员是理工医类的专业，他们进行博士后研究工作往往能够获得较高的薪酬，去年浙江大、复旦大学等学校招博士后给予的薪酬就是非常的可观。对于博士毕业的人来说，获得更高的报酬是一种本能的驱动，毕竟辛辛苦苦读完博士，人也不太年轻了，面临着极大的资金压力，参加博士后研究未尝不是一种缓解金钱压力的选择。那么，还有一个问题要知道，高校为什么愿意给博士后研究员开出丰厚的薪酬，比如这次苏州大学的超百万薪酬，姑且不论有多少人能够拿到最高的百万，只要评估合格的都能够获得60万以上，这是非常高薪的水平了。高校为什么愿意？高校里面的科研工作主要是由谁来完成的？院士？教授？副教授？还是博士、硕士？在高校的研究工作中，博士后起着重要的作用，院士、牛教授都是大老板了，大老板主要负责全局，调动团队能力，博士、硕士算是科研的主要苦力，而一些工作则需要博士后了，博士后经过博士阶段的科研训练，既能够帮助大老板办事，还能够申请自己的课题，还能够帮助带带博士和硕士，在团队中算是“小老板”了。美国大学的博士就是主要由博士后科研人员负责训练的，美国的教授一旦获得终身教职，积极性就会降低，反而是为了获得教职的博士后研究人员是最努力的研究者。国内的高校也有相似之处，一个研究团队，要想获得重要级别的课题，就需要拥有人才力量，不要指望大佬们会亲力亲为的进行每一个工作，现如今都是团队合作和分工，精力充沛，受过专业科研训练的博士后是研究团队中不可缺少的中坚力量。要知道，作为科研人员，精力最充沛的年龄就是在博士毕业之后的10年，这也是博士成长的重要阶段，更是最能够出成果的年龄。科研成果意味着什么？意味着高质量的论文、意味着国家级课题的申请、意味着科技类奖项的萌芽，对于所有的研究型大学来说，最重要的指标就是科研产出，科研产出代表了科研经费、代表了学科实力、代表了国际排名、代表了社会声誉。所以，一些高校愿意砸重金招博士后，苏州大学为什么近些年来在世界大学排行榜上排名靠前？无外乎两个方面：一是招了不少优秀的人才，包括博士后研究人员；二是挖了不少的人才，甚至一些“戴帽子”的人才。这样能够产出更多的科研成果和论文，更高的国际化水平，从而实现更高的世界排名。博士后虽好，但是也是充满压力的研究工作，博士后不似学校的正式职工，考核达不到要求是不会有那么高的薪酬的，所以博士后的科研压力非常大，高校压榨的就是这批青椒，一方付出脑力活动，一方付出金钱，这就是市场，当一方没有价值的时候，另一方自然也就不会履约了。更重要的是博士后的年龄阶段是一个人生命中精力最充沛的黄金时间，如果在这个阶段没有奠定明确的研究方向或者找到未来的规划，对于科研的未来来说很危险。试想一下，虽然拿着几十万的年薪但是三年之后又走人，又去哪里重新寻找教职呢？所以博士后研究的起点很重要，专注于博士后研究，三年之后能够获得其他的地方的教职或者是留下来是最完美的，但是很多都不大可能，需要还要再去职场中寻找，这个时候，有时候就会觉得之前的时间是浪费的。三年高薪的博士后工作和一个普通薪水的永久教职，你会选择哪一个？高校青椒难啊，薪酬开得越高，说明越难。对于科研能力强的人来说是如鱼得水，对于科研能力稍弱的人来说，那是一种人生的不确定。
