柳春红（1968-），副教授，硕士研究生导师。同济医科大学预防医学学士、营养与食品卫生学硕士、华中科技大学食品、药品安全与管理学博士。1994年7月～2005年10月在武汉市疾病预防控制中心（原武汉市卫生防疫站）工作，是武汉地区卫生系统第一批百名学科带头人培养对象、慢性病预防控制重点学科骨干成员，华中科技大学同济医学院兼职硕士生导师、武汉市十届政协委员。2002年荣获第三届“武汉市科学技术协会先进工作者”称号。曾任湖北省营养学会理事、武汉市营养学会理事兼秘书。长期以来一直从事有关青少年营养及健康促进研究工作、食品安全工作，曾两次赴美国南加尼福利亚大学（USC）接受有关青少年营养研究和健康促进的培训。参与或负责国际合作课题3项，其中参与项目《私立学校学生吸烟行为研究及吸烟模式的探讨》、《青少年吸烟及C-SMART干预研究》分别于2002年、2006通过武汉市科委、湖北省科技厅组织的成果鉴定；主持项目《青少年食物频率问卷的研制及信度、效度研究》于2005年通过武汉市科委组织的成果鉴定，达国际先进水平。2005年11月调入华南农业大学食品学院工作，主讲本科生课程《食品营养学》、《食品卫生学》、《食品毒理学》和《人体生理学概论》及研究生课程《功能性食品与营养进展》等。近年来，先后在国内外期刊杂志上发表学术论文二十余篇，副主编或参编面向二十一世纪教材《食品毒理学》《食品安全导论》《食品营养学》3部。TEL：（020）85288279E-mail：liuch@scau.e.cn或liuch96@hotmail.com如果发现导师信息存在错误或者偏差，欢迎随时与我们联系，以便进行更新完善。（联系方式） 更多
