大专学员报考在职研究生一月联考，需毕业满5年或有2年工作经验，年限以当年考生入学时间为截止点计算。因此应届大专生不可报考。 　　大专学员报考五月同等学力申硕可免试入学，但只能参加研修班课程的学习，不能申硕。但完成学业修满学分可获得研修班结业证书。 　　本科学员报考在职研究生一月联考，需已获得学士学位证书或已经毕业满3年，换言之，满足条件的应届本科生可报考，最终获得硕士学历学位双 证。 　　本科学员报考五月同等学力申硕，获得学士学位满三年可申硕，http://s.eour.cn/不过应届生可先入学参加课程的学习，待到满足条件再参加考 试，获得硕士学位证书。

在职研究生一般都只有学位证，认可的第一学历仍旧是以前的专科或者本科学历，不能算研究生学历。现在参加一月份考试，在职学习的专业是有被认可的研究生学历的学位证当然有用

在职读研也有三条途径即统考、GCT考、自考（同等学力申硕考），1；统考就是10月报名次年 1月考，只有四个专业有半脱产、周末班，这四个专业分别是MBA、MPA、MPACC、法硕，统考录取的研究生不管采取哪种形式上课，都属学历教育，都发双证；2；GCT考是7月报名10月考，GCT 研究生有半脱产、周末班，可惜GCT研究生没英语专业，GCT研究生发单证（只发硕士证不发毕业证）；3；‘自考’研究生，就是同等学力申硕，入学不用考，自愿缴费读研究生进修班，所学各门功课考试均及格，大学只能给发个研究生结业证，有了三证（本科毕业证、学士证、研究生结业证）就有资格参加国家同等学力申硕考试 ，国考及格的由国务院学位委员会颁发硕士证（无学历，没毕业证）。 GCT考和自考属非学历教育，只发硕士证。一句话，想获双证必须参加统考，未经统考就能入学的研究生是‘自考’研究生，自考生最多能获个硕士证，没毕业证。
