可以写无，但是作为研究生，写无肯定说不过去，可以写你在实验室做过那些实验，做过那些调研，参加过那些学术会议，如果真的一点都没有，那就把你毕业论文的主要研究内容写写。

去网上找一个样本，把自己的情况写进去就可以了。英国大学对个人陈述的要求不高，更何况是赫尔大学。
