They start intensive work on their doctoral thesis and show the progress of their research each term in one of the department's Research Workshops that corresponds to their topic.Third YearWithin the third year doctoral students complete their Ph.D. thesis. 药学专业最好的当属慕尼黑大学，法兰克福大学，波恩大学，弗莱堡大学，图宾根大学，这五所非常牛，可以冲一下，但是法兰克福这个城市本人实在不喜欢。。。个人之见。。。此外，雷根斯堡，马堡，维尔茨堡，纽伦堡，萨尔布吕肯这“四堡一肯”也不赖，刚才那位仁兄提到的海德堡学校很好，但是药学在其他出色的学科面前反而稍显逊色，不过还是不错的，最后，如果你想省钱，可以去哈雷大学和基尔大学，但是其中的哈雷大学位于东德的，药学专业在那儿还不错，但是城市就比较烂，很萧条，基尔么景色挺好的，山边的小城市，估计不贵。。。至于你想本科就出去，211大学读满一学期或者普通大学3学期就可以，建议你休学，可以保留差不多一年的学籍，万一有什么闪失还有条退路。

大四毕业，想出国留学读研究生，本科211，均分86，基点3.6，这个成绩是可以的。学校背景什么的也不错。你可以先看看你的成绩是否可以申请到慕尼黑。你可以通过这个 留学定位系统 给自己一个定位看看，输入你的gpa、专业等信息，系统会自动匹配数据库中情况与你类似的同学案例，你看他们都申请到了慕尼黑大学，结合自身情况也能有个大致的定位。

GPA只是入读外国大学的其中一个参考条件，不能作为决定性因素。GPA当然越高越好，基本上达到3.0才有资格申请国外大学。除了GPA还要看你的毕业院校、语言成绩、在校表现、社会实践等等。

--首先需要准备语言--生活费一年在慕尼黑要贵点，70000人民币吧--学费就是500欧，每学期。--加注册费。

在德国，博士需要老师推荐和导师认可的。你最好找好了院校，找好那边的导师给你推荐一下，一般导师不太愿意带不了解底细的学生的。建议去慕尼黑大学德国考DSH或者德福，不用雅思成绩如果你要学旅游管理就不要去德国,最好去瑞士.而且德国大学也没听说有这个专业的博士的.经济类和管理类的博士不是那么好申请的,如果你没在德国读研,机会会小很多,除非你的成绩超牛,而且有和导师很"接近"的研究方向

第一件事，浏览德国大使馆留德审核部的网站。他们要审核你是否真的有在中国上大学的水平。能通过这个审核就可以在德国读大学。哈工程是211大学，最低要求是你在哈工程读完一个学期就可以申请审核去德国留学。如果要读硕士，就要在国内获得学士学位。德国大学可不是有钱就能上的，而且毕业率惨无人道，您考虑好。你去学校的国际关系学院，找个老师问问，他们都清楚
