一方面我觉得同等学历考211怕学校会歧视你，我是宁大的学生，在宁波找工作的话还是不错的，上次宁波社保局局长来给我们上职业规划课提到在宁波就业的话宁大享受到同211学校一样的待遇（政府方面的政策，个别企业不好说），宁大的毕业生在宁波就业还是蛮受照顾的，之前同学去宁波工程参加招聘会同样的职位同样的工作，宁大会比工程工资高1k多，而且不需要专业笔试！（当然没有歧视工程的意思，只是客观反映事实，其实工程也算二本里边挺不错的，学风也还好，哈哈）可是历史专业的话工作会不会很难找南昌大学好一点。但是相对比较难考，现在非常多的地方 不是985 211 看也不看你的。 考近代史同等学历的话，要看下南昌大学的要求，宁波大学，我觉得没必要。在哪里读研和你最后留在哪里没有直接关系。你同等学历考研，没办法留校的。 211为首选。我也是同等学历。考的是云大211 ，我在上海的。 如果有帮助请采纳，谢谢！

1、肯定是上海大学行政管理考研好，因为上海大学是211重点大学。2、相对来说宁波大学行政管理考研会更容易一些，难度肯定比上海大学要小，因为报考生源不同。

都叫宁波大学了，在宁波认可度当然高啦，宁大是偏文的，完全不偏理，去学校看下就知道了，满校园的姑娘，见过满校园姑娘的理工学校吗？考研怎么说呢，首先宁大起点比浙江工商要高些，宁大全是一本的，工商是有很多二本的，不过据和下沙以前同学交流，下沙的学风比宁大是要好些，波大附近环境比较诱惑哈哈，好玩东西多，就业话，个人感觉宁大还是有优势的，毕竟宁波只有宁大这一所一本大学，是地头蛇级别的，杭州则有浙大坐镇，而且还有浙工大，杭电什么的一大堆，似乎杭州也比宁波要更大城市化些，

好考,上线,英语要过得去.就没有问题.工作好找,不要指望毕业就买车买房就没有问题.
