对词汇基础一般的人来说， 当然是红宝书考研英语词汇(必考词+基础词+超纲词）这本书更好！收词非常全，重点词汇非常突出。必考词分26节，基础词分30节，超纲词按abc分类。附赠精缩版，串记手册，习题册，性价比超好。

背单词可以考虑【单词卡片】的方法。不同于书本上的一页单词，使用单词卡片的时候，因为是一词一卡，哪些单词很熟了，哪些单词需要加强记忆，哪些单词完全没印象，使用者心里很清楚。分分类，对熟悉的单词会很有成就感，对不熟的单词会有些责任感以及征服掌握的欲望。熟悉的放一边偶尔看看，不熟悉的经常拿出来多背背，一段时间比如两三个月后，会对所有这些单词都烂熟于心。开始有兴趣，过程有恒心毅力，最终一定能获得巨大的成就感和高分的回报。通过单词卡很方便检验自己的记忆效果。看到单词，熟悉，过，这类单词分为一组；不熟悉，仔细想想其意思，想起来了，也翻过来看看，加深记忆，这类单词可分为一组；实在想不起来的就翻过来看看背面的释义，记忆一遍，这类单词也可分为一组。不同类别的单词制定不同的复习时间和频率，高效的利用宝贵的时间。这样，背单词的时候可以检验自己的记忆效果，检验的时候也可以加深记忆程度。如此多次重复，最终所有单词都滚瓜烂熟。本回答被提问者和网友采纳

起初是在快乐大本营上看到的思思讲单词给娜姐的，他讲的那几个单词到现在还记得，主要是因为是快本的铁粉。而看到这本书有想买的冲动还真的是冲着俞敏洪老师的推荐。等了近一周，终于看到几本书了，虽然等得过程漫长而郁闷，但是看到思思大王讲解单词这本书，总体感觉真的还不错。思思是个乖学生那，认真学习英语，巧用功，功到自然成。并且思思介绍的背单词的这个方法个人认为是非常好的，需要慢慢实验几页单词，基本上就会成为自己的学习单词的一个流程，只是自己的思维可能需要再灵活一些，多学会联想什么的，不过好在思思老师将他巧记单词的一些方法都写在书里，主要目的就是记下单词嘛，记下以后可以再归纳科学有效的方法，而有些怎么着都没法联系词根词缀方法的也只能谐音记忆或者联想记忆了。书本里有彩页，方便记忆，有的地方有点牵强，但不影响其整体意义。除了方法受用以外，另一特点就是从基础开始的理念，以及运用一种同类归纳的逻辑来记忆单词，而不是A部、B部的简单堆砌，一学期结束最多也就背到M部，严重挫伤人的自信心。单词从此成为英语学习的最大障碍。我觉得那种书比较适合检测自己的单词水平，适合在大部分考研词汇记住的基础或者拥有正确的记忆单词方法的基础上再去背诵学习。希望借着思思成功的力量，让自己能坚持突破学习英语的瓶颈单词大关。
