语真题起初只做阅读理解就行（得阅读者得天下）最好从95或96年的开始做起，做到00年的，然后从01年的做到05年的（这一阶段主要是练练手，培养做题习惯和感觉）第二阶段，从06年开始做，依旧是阅读理解，做到13年的，之后再来一遍，从06年的做到13年的，不要觉得做过一遍的一定会把答案记住了，事实会向你证明你并没有那么好的记忆，第二次做题时，如果之前错过的题目还是会错，那么就要引起你的高度重视了，说明你之前并没有把错误原因搞清楚，如果做对的题目还会做错，说明之前做的对是自己蒙的，这种题也要引起重视。到临考的前一个半个月，把11年到15年的题目反复做，搞清楚错误原因，出题方向，同时还要记忆阅读理解中的单词，不要求全部会拼写，但要求只要见到就可以准确说出他的意思，这就需要细水长流，每天都做一些阅读理解。此外，英语作文也要提前准备，我是9月多份开始背作文，我不背什么押题作文、预测作文，只背历年真题作文，每天都背，大约每天一篇，先背小作文（中午午休之后，从1点半到两点半，背完之后默写作文），后背大作文，背诵的同时，要懂得自己积累好单词、句子，摘抄到自己本子上，等考试时可以用上。到冲刺阶段，要逼着自己掐时间写作文，控制写作时间。在此推荐我用过的一本考研英语作文书，王江涛的高分作文，我就是背的这本书里的真题作文，感觉不错（阅读理解后期练习时也要计算时间，控制做题速度），希望对你有所帮助

个人觉得是有用的，考研的英语一要比英语二难，这个你知道吧，其次考研的英语内阅读考的主要是关键句，也就容是长难句的分析，你需要根据题目的意思，在原文中找到对应的信息 然后选择出答案，你如果英一的都能选对，那做英二你的正确率会更高些，如果是考英二的话，个人觉得没有必要去做英一的，因为一个复习的时间，精力是有限的，其次针对一点复习会比较好！这是个人的一点心得，希望能帮助到你！

真题做两三遍比较好。历年考试真题是必备的资料，真题是一个标准，做真题可以内把握试题难度容，出题角度，了解命题重点。其次，考研阅读辅导书，这种资料贵精不在多。红宝书考研英语10年真题（归类分解+套题精练）不错，适合基础一般和基础薄弱的考生，解析很详尽，对考点剖析得很系统、深入，长难句分析透彻。适合于英语一和二。

我可以告诉你比较科学的，试题是一样的，但是考题的顺序不一样，选项的顺序也不一样。不如，你阅读理解的第一题，可能是你后座阅读的第二题，你阅读第一题A选项的答案，可能是你后座阅读第二题的B选项答案。
