我这有考研英语一历年真题2007到2020的，不过是有些是pdf的，你要吗你可以去买一套买的有，我是想通过word版的搜索单词，统计一些单词，考点的频率什么的

建议学习英语用手机的话就背背单词就行了，那个题库的话还是用纸质板的吧，把几个模块好了就行了
