如果你是9月过来读语言的话，正课的学费我觉得不必那么急着带过来。可以先带一到两个月的生活费，然后开好卡后让家里给汇过来。我们学校当时是有组织我们一起办签证，会有几次安排填表审核什么的，我想你们学校到时候应该也会有的。至于什么时候存学费吧，当时我们同学有个方法我觉得挺好的，如果这30万你国内有在用于投资啊等等等的话，也就不必太早转给你，学费一般10几W吧，可以先把生活费转给你，也是只要有28天的记录就好，你算好差不多的时间，比如你12.25递签，那么只要11.27以后银行帐单上的金额保证好就可以。生活费好像是除伦敦地区以外的有一个标准，具体是多少我不太记得了，好像一年是最少5400镑。接着再说学费，只要你在出正课CAS前把学费交掉，那么新的CAS上是会体现你已交学费了，然后在你递签的时候的存款金额只要提供生活费的就行，就是之前说过的5400至少存满28天。这个方法我觉得比较合算，具体怎么选看你的啦。你也可以比较下汇率。当时我换钱的时候挺高的，后来我同学在要出新CAS的时候才换的就低了，前后差价算一下也差了1W多RMB。交学费的方式吧，汇票、支票、现金、刷卡应该是都可以的，可以咨询下学校，有时候一次性交清好像还会给一点小折扣。您好~~ 您可以选择在国内采用电汇的方式将学费付清，或者您可以买汇票带过去，或者也可以采用刷卡的方式。您应该是9月读语言1月读硕士的学生吧，您还可以考虑付清学费之后带2000镑-3000镑的英镑作为第一个月的生活费，到了英国之后可以办一张当地的卡，请父母把后续签证的费用打给你，续签的时候只要去银行拉28天的流水账单即可。本回答被网友采纳
