个人觉得基础好点的2-3遍，基础较差的至少3遍，我考过两次研，一次56分，第二次72分。我就是第一次考研只做了一遍，第二年再做真题的时候，我对照去年做的题，发现去年错了的题目照样错，由此我开始仔细研究题目和答案，发现我原来一直都错在思维上面，相信很多人都是这样，一篇阅读看完了，觉得意思都懂，但是却偏偏答案错了，其实是自己没跟着作者走，做阅读一定要揣摩好作者的意思，千万别老相信自己的感觉，还有就是要尽量用排除法，就算找到正确答案，也要把其他错误选项用文中理由pass掉，这些都是在反复精读真题的基础上得来的。最后也不建议精读太多了，因为人总有记忆效应，不自主会记住一些东西，对复习造成不必要麻烦。

模拟题出题思路很难跟真题一致，所以以真题为主看你的目标分数了,如果只求过线,还考英语2的话,刷真题还是比较有用的,前提是把阅读的单词和出题的考点和方式都弄明白,不是闷着头做。
